Bored? It’s because they haven’t discovered Asia Unhedged!
FT reports 6 in 10 asset managers are bored at work. Clearly they are looking in the wrong places for stimulation.
The Financial Times reported Monday that one survey found asset managers find their work boring at significantly higher rate than other professions. While six in ten in the fund industry surveyed were tired of the office routine, only 45% in R&D, 50% in education, and 56% in tech found their occupations to be dull. Clearly some folks need a break from colorless commentary.
