HK police hunt man for alleged knife attack on girlfriend
During a quarrel, the man allegedly attacked her with a knife, injuring her face
Hong Kong police are hunting for a 30-year-old Vietnamese man who allegedly attacked his 45-year-old Vietnamese girlfriend with a knife and assaulted her mother in Tai Kok Tsui, Kowloon on Friday.
At 1am, the man had a quarrel with his girlfriend on 25 Lok Kwan Street in Tai Kok Tsui, Headline Daily reported.
During the quarrel, the man allegedly attacked the woman with a knife, injuring her face.
When the woman’s 67-year-old mother tried to intervene, the man allegedly punched her before running away.
The mother and daughter reported the case to the police and were sent to Kwong Wah Hospital for medical treatment.
Police officers have classed the case as wounding and common assault and are hunting for the suspect. So far, no arrest has been made.
