US, Russia, Turkey military chiefs meet in Antalya to talk ISIS

The leaders discussed ways to better coordinate the ongoing campaign to defeat ISIS.

According to Turkish and Russian media, the US Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Joseph Dunford met with his Turkish and Russian counterparts this week to discuss ongoing campaigns to defeat ISIS. Turkish Prime Minister Binali Yildirim said the talks were an attempt to coordinate the three counties’ efforts more effectively to avoid inadvertent clashes with each other while pursuing ISIS targets, reported Al-Monitor.
