Vietnamese wins first Miss Tourism Queen Worldwide pageant
Model and actress Hyunh Vy won the crown at the inaugural pageant held in Manila, Philippines
A Vietnamese model and actress has been crowned the first ever Miss Tourism Queen Worldwide in Manila, Philippines.
On Sunday, Huynh Vy was named the winner of the pageant and also won special awards – Miss Talent, Best in Video, Miss Body Beautiful and Best in National Costume first runner-up, Vietnam Investment Review reported.
Nan Htet Htet Lin from Myanmar was awarded Miss Tourism Global Queen while Jongkol Chokinplub from Thailand won Miss Tourism Grand Queen.
Kamille Alyssa Quinola from the Philippines won first runner-up, Sookini Sutnga from Northeast India placed second runner-up, Natasha Selkrig from Australia and Lam Yin Ting Lam from Malaysia won third runner-up and fourth runner-up respectively.
The Miss Tourism Queen Worldwide pageant aims to find tourism ambassadors and calls for environmental protection and preservation of traditional cultures.
